E-PUM: Oracle VirtualBox VMs Error on boot up "Failed to open a session for the virtual machine" (Doc ID 2208875.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.55 version, Updates and Fixes

Unable to boot Oracle Virtual Box VM for PUM FSCM Image 21 for the first time. All other VMs running on the same Windows machine would not boot up as well.

ERROR

Failed to open a session for the virtual machine VBOX_8_55_09_SHELL_261.
The virtual machine 'VBOX_8_55_09_SHELL_261' has terminated unexpectedly during startup with exit code 1 (0x1). More details may be available in 'C:\VirtualBoxVMs\VBOX_8_55_09_SHELL_261\Logs\VBoxStartup.log'.
