eProfile Fluid Name Fields not Saved when Saving Belgian and Dutch Name Formats (Doc ID 2209288.1)

Symptoms

Name Fields are not saved when using Belgian and Dutch name formats (BEL/NLD)

The affected fields are:
Belgian name format
o Name Initials
o Preferred First Name

Dutch name format
o Name Initials
o Middle Name
o Preferred First Name
o Partner Last Name
o Partner Royal Prefix
o Last Name preference flag


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From the Fluid Employee Self Service Homepage, click the Personal Details tile
2. Select Name from the left pane Navigation, and the drill into the name
3. Change the preferred name from Rez to Rezina, the initials from R to RA and Save changes
4. Note that the values that were entered are now blank. Also, the values that were originally there have also been lost
5. Navigate to Main Menu > Workforce Administration > Personal Information > Biographical > Modify a Person
6. Note the two fields are blank
