ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Page layout issues in the following Project Costing.

Project Costing > Project Definitions > General Information -- Search dialog has labels right aligned as opposed to left aligned and some labels are bold
Project Costing > Project Definitions > General Information -- Go To Combo box does not have a Border On General Information tab -- ALL TABS of this Component.
Project Costing > Project Definitions > General Information -- Add and Modify Template link -- Synchronization Template Page --- The Include labor Resource Assignment label over laps with Check box
Project Costing > Project Definitions > Projects List -- Edit button on Project List page is incompletely displayed

 All PC run controls that has Transaction Details link -- Fixed in Bug 21650636 (PUM 15)
Project Costing > Revenue Collection > Retrieve Billing Items -- PC_BI_TO_PC --- Overlap of Transaction Details line and the '+' and '-' button
Project Costing > Revenue Collection > Retrieve revenue from Contract - PC_CA_TO_PC --- Overlap of Transaction Details line and the '+' and '-' button
Project Costing > Revenue Collection > Adjustments from Receivables - PC_AR_TO_PC --- Overlap of Transaction Details line and the '+' and '-' button
Project Costing > Utilities > Calculate Percent Complete - PC_PERCENT --- Overlap of Transaction Details line and the '+' and '-' button

Navigate and find below the observations

Project Costing > Project Definitions > General Information -- Search dialog has labels right aligned as opposed to left aligned and some labels are bold
