Future-Dated Group Numbers Not Available for HIPAA 834 Files

Symptoms
On the Create HIPAA EDI 834 File, the Group Numbers accessible from the prompt list (available by clicking the magnifying glass) do not include Group Numbers that are not attached to a Benefit Plan on the date on which the file is being created, even if they are active as of the date of the file.
STEPS
---------------------------
1. Run the Benefit Snapshot for a future date (Navigation: Benefits >Interface with Providers > Refresh Benefit Snapshot).
2. Attempt to create a new run control for HIPAA 834 files (Navigation: Benefits > Interface with Providers > Create HIPAA EDI 834 File).
