Symptoms
On : 9.2 version, Applying Change Package
Using Change Assistant to create the Change package failed with the following error:
ERROR ----------------------- Change Package was not created, see invalid File References
Invalid File Reference(<file name>,Type Code-MAINT):Source file cannot be found in pi home.
Total number:1
