Cannot Select Search Result in Lookup for 'Search Existing Cases' in HR HelpDesk Center Tile

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Cannot select search result in lookup in a the following scenario in the delivered CRM 9.2 application:
a) Navigate to HR HelpDesk Administration / Manager Homepage
b) Click HR HelpDesk Center tile.
c) Click Search Existing Cases from left hand nav pane.
d) Click lookup icon on Assigned To field
e) Enter "T" in Last Name with begins with as operand
f) Click Search
g) Click one of the search results
h) Cannot select the results
No problems when accessing the same HR HelpDesk Center the "regular way" via the Drop-Down Menu/NavBar Navigator: Main Menu > HR HelpDesk Center
