After applying PUM 20, supplier on-boarding registration is broken, newly registered supplier cannot
After applying PUM 20, supplier on-boarding registration is broken, newly registered supplier cannot log into supplier portal. Receiving this message: "USER ID AND PASSWORD ARE INVALID"
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- In the Supplier Portal, Register a New Supplier (Individual)
- Complete all the pages and submit the request.
- Supplier Approver Approves the registration.
- The new Supplier User tries to log in but is given this message: "USER ID AND PASSWORD ARE INVALID"
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot log into the system.
