Search/Match Results Not Masked And Invalid Parameter Error (Doc ID 2211129.1)

Symptoms

In : 9.2 version

Search/Match Results Not Masked and System Throws Invalid Parameter Error. 



ERROR
-----------------------
1. Results fields are not masked unless there are Search Results Exceptions defined for the Operator’s Primary Permission List.

2. Invalid parameter 1 for function DateTimeToLocalizedString. (2,116) error for all date fields if the Search Results Exceptions are defined for the Operator’s Primary Permission List.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. main menu > set up hcm > system admin > utilities > search/match > search/match results

2. set to mask a field (i.e. National ID)

3. Receive error


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are able to see the entire National ID number which should not be happening.
