Case Search with Large Results much Slower in CRM 9.2 than in CRM 9.1

Symptoms

Support Case Search that returns 250 rows runs in about 11 seconds in CRM 9.1 while in CRM 9.2 the same search takes almost 3 minutes to complete.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make sure Support Case Search is configured to return 250 rows on both CRM 9.1 and 9.2
2. Do a Support Case search on both versions that would return 250 rows
3. The result in CRM 9.1 takes 11 seconds to complete while in CRM 9.2 is almost 3 minutes.

Running the SQL behind the Case Search in the backend for both versions completed in 1 second.
