TEXT ID = TP_DOC_SUB_STATUS Not Using 'ROLE' as Parameter

When the user adds 2 rows to TEXT ID = TP_DOC_SUB_STATUS with Track Progress Sub Status as F, User Role = E and M respectively, the label 'Finalize
If the user roles is been removed, the user is able to change the Description. However, the same label appears for both Employee and Manager.
- Navigate to Main Menu > Set Up HCM > Product Related > ePerformance > Text Catalog > Maintain Text Catalog Modify the Finalize criteria name to for e.g. Finalize Criteria_test and assign it to s specific Role
- Navigate to Self Service and Manager Self Service and open a Performance Document, the updated name is not been displayed
