TEXT ID = TP_DOC_SUB_STATUS Not Using 'ROLE' as Parameter (Doc ID 2211742.1)

Symptoms

When the user adds 2 rows to TEXT ID = TP_DOC_SUB_STATUS with Track Progress Sub Status as F, User Role = E and M respectively, the label 'Finalize
Criteria' disappears.

If the user roles is been removed, the user is able to change the Description. However, the same label appears for both Employee and Manager.

Replication Steps

  1. Navigate to Main Menu > Set Up HCM > Product Related > ePerformance > Text Catalog > Maintain Text Catalog Modify the Finalize criteria name to for e.g. Finalize Criteria_test and assign it to s specific Role
  2. Navigate to Self Service and Manager Self Service and open a Performance Document, the updated name is not been displayed
