ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Additional Attendance roster template is created when multiple meeting patterns exist for a class, extra meeting patterns are added and the attendance roster is regenerated

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect just a single attendance roster to generate for the added meeting pattern.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Schedule a course with two meeting patterns with the same dates/days and times but different facilities and instructors at Curriculum Management > Schedule of Classes > Schedule New Course > Meetings.
2. Generate attendance rosters for the class at Curriculum Management > Attendance > Attendance Roster by Class and a roster is generated for each meeting pattern.
3. Add another meeting pattern to the class.
4. Regenerate the attendance roster for the class or in via the batch process and an extra attendance roster for one of the original meeting patterns is added.
