On :  9.2 version, Other Issue with Candidate Gateway

HRS JOB AGENT does not send any emails to applicants.

 
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------
HRS JOB AGENT should send emails to applicants when a Job Opening matches the applicant's search.

STEPS
-----------------------

Please follow the below steps to replicate the issue:

Please follow the below steps to replicate the issue
1) Go to the Job search page and click on filter options by location and by job family and save the search.
2) Click on Notify me when new jobs meet my criteria.
3) Run the HR_JOB-AGNT App engine program.
4) Create new jobs based on the criteria entered for step 1.

Verify that notifications are not sent for the new jobs.


Due to this issue, applicants cannot be notified automatically of job openings that meet their search criteria.
