EAR9.2: Error In Comprehensive Customer View Page

Symptoms

When attempting to "Click"" on the Comprehensive Customer view page, the following error occurs.

ERROR

Assignment of "N" to ACV_WRK.ACV_FULL_TREE_FLG failed. (2,119)


STEPS
-------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Go to Comprehensive Customer View page (Navigation: Main Menu > Customers > Comprehensive Customer View), search for a customer and click on “Search” button;
  2. As Search results appeared, "Click" on search icon on comprehensive view column;
  3. Error appearing.
