HR Notification - Posting Expiration Date Not Always Enforced

On : 9.2 version
When raising an HR Notification, the advanced options allows the user to control the posting date and expiration date. If the expiration date is created BEFORE the posting date, an error is raised. However, when Posting Date to set be higher than Expiration Date, No error is raised.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Set Up HCM->Common Definitions->HR Notification->HR Notification
Add a new value
2. Click on the advanced options
3. Note how if the user creates an expiration date that is BEFORE the Posting Date, an error is raised.
