File Extension Lists Not Working for Job Opening Attachments (Doc ID 2214554.1)

Symptoms

Manage Job Openings page allows attachments to be added, but it will not restrict any extension types even though we have set up the URL to use the FILE_EXT_LIST property.

Currently it is allowing to attach the extension types which are not in the list.We would expect a Add Attachment error

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Recruiting-> Search Job Openings
2. On the search page, leave status as “Open” and click Search. Select any Job Opening
3. On the Manage Job Opening component, click on the “Activity & Attachments” tab.
Click the “Add Attachment” button. Browse for and upload a file that is not on the extension list.
In this case, chose an .exe file. And, as you see, it allowed it to be attached with no issues. We would expect a Add Attachment error
