Goal

What procedure should be used to prevent an accomplishment in Profile Management from being added to a student's profile, when the student attends a course but does not achieve a passing score?

If the student is enrolled in a class session, and then the session is marked as "complete", the system will add the associated license or certificate to the student's person profile.  This is not desirable in situations where the student must make a satisfactory grade in the class, or be approved by a committee, or other activities.  In this case, the administrator wants to complete the session and let it automatically update the license/certificate for most of the employees, while preventing the person profile update for the student who failed the class.
