IB error occurs when an applicant with unmapped data resume is hired with draft application.

1.Navigate to Recruiting->Administration-> Load Resume.Load resume which has degree not mapped in the system. Wait for the process to complete.
2. Now Search for the applicant in Manage applicant. Check in Degrees text "Please update" appears.
3.Now go to career page, Login as external user.  Save as draft

1. Apply for a job opening
2. Upload the resume
3. Unknown degree appears in the application. This is because degree is not mapped in the system.
4. Click on “Save as Draft” button
5. Exit the application.

6. Apply for the same job opening again
7. Upload the same resume
8. Delete the degree data
9. Submit application.

10.Go to Recruiting-> Search Applicants.Search for the applicant
11.Hire the applicant.Go to Workforce administration->Personal Information->Manage Hire. Applicant appears in requested status in Manage Hire page.
12.Go to Peopletools->Integration Broker->Service operation Monitoring->Asynchronous Services.
