Symptoms

Performance problem with PC_INTFEDIT process. The process is taking progressively taking longer time to complete as the data volume goes up.

Sample processing times: 
For 1300 rows - process took 18 minutes
For 12000 rows - Process took 50 minutes
For 125000 rows - Process is taking about 7 hours.

PC_INTFEDIT.Update4.Update1.S is taking about 2112 seconds to process 11,000 rows because of iterations.
 
Replication Steps:

  1. Stage the INTFC_PROJ_RES with high volume of data.
  2. Run PC_INTFEDIT process
