Manager Can't Open Submitted GSS Requests

Manager can't open Submitted GSS Requests.

When manager tries to open any submitted requests via Manager Self Service > Review Transactions they get the following message :



The transaction is not configured properly. Please contact your administrator to ensure that the transaction is setup to be used within Mobile Approvals.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as HCRUSA_KU0007
2. Submit a Terminate Employee request.
3. Go to Manager Self Service > Review Transactions to view the submitted request.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot open Submitted GSS Requests.
