Compensation Cycle Picks Wrong Performance Rating Document When Cancelled Documents Exist (Doc ID 2215662.1)

Symptoms

When using Performance Rating documents with Compensation Cycles, if there is a cancelled Performance Rating Document, and a Completed one, the Build Cycle application engine (WCS_ECMBUILD) returns the below warning stating that the review status in Not Completed.

Informational Only: ePerformance review ratings found are not in a Completed status. Some individuals do not have a performance review rating in a completed status. This may impact the processing of your Compensation Cycle. Please review and validate the performance review ratings not in a Completed status. (MSGData1: Performance Period Begin Date; MSGData2: Performance Period End Date; MSGData3: Document Type; MSGData4: Use Rating Type; MSGData5: Count of Performance Ratings not in a Completed status)

If the cancelled document is deleted then the Build Cycle finds the remaining completed document and processes the information appropriately.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Cancel employee's Performance Rating Document
2. Create New Document and process to Completion
3. Build Compensation Cycle
4. Check Messages and note the above message is received
