Copying a 9.0 requisition to create a new 9.2 requisition and changing address does not work correctly

When we copy a 9.0 Purchase Order with an address in the one time address, the address does not get changed correctly on the rows. This causes a printing error on the PO and the address to be incorrect on the PO.
This does not occur when copying from a PO that originated in 9.2.

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1-Copy a requisition that was created in vs 9.0.
2-Change the Address on the Checkout Page, Shipping Summary.
3-Apply to All Distribution Lines.
4-Note Address changed correctly in Shipping Summary
5-View the Requisition line detail and note the "Ship To" changed but the Address did not change correctly.
6-Save, Submit and Approve the Requisition.
7-Then Quick Source the Requisition
8-Dispatch the Purchase Order.
9-Note the Purchase Order did not print correctly, the first line is printing over the header of the line. Also the Ship To address is incorrect.
