ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Asset Status on IUT TRF In asset changes from original status of 'W' (Work In Progress) to 'I' (In Service)
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expectation is that the 'transfer to' asset will have an asset_status of WIP when the transfer is completed on the ps_asset table.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add two assets trough basic add, both having a profile of WIP and before saving making sure that the asset_status is changed from the default of 'I' (in service) to 'W' (WIP).
2. Perform an IUT from one of the WIP assets to the other - full transfer.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, pre-existing WIP asset's asset_status are changing to In service when they should remain as 'Work In Progress'.
