For Billing Participants who are enrolled in Plan Type 1x Plans and Live and Work in Ontario, HST is not being calculated as expected.

Also:

Provinces NB, NL, ON, NS, PE not calculating HST
MB, YT not calculating GST

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enroll employee who lives and works in Ontario in Plan Type 1x with HST configured on the Deduction Code for After Tax.
2. Enroll this employee in Benefits Billing
3. Run Benefits Billing Calculation process
4. The Plan charges are calculated, however, taxes for HST are not calculated as required.
