How to Add New Region for Recruiting and Admissions and Have it Visible on the Maintain Applications Component

When adding a new region under Set Up SACR > Product Related > Recruiting and Admissions > Prospect/Applicant Recruiting > Region Table, then creating new applicant under Application School/Recruiting > Recruiting Information > Region, if user clicks on lookup icon, the new region is not displayed.

How is it possible to add new Region for Recruiting and Admissions and have it visible on the Application page?
