Symptoms

Users are not able to add a person into Campus Solutions. The following error is displayed:

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Campus Community > Personal Information > Add/Update a Person.
2. Enter a future effective date, as well as any other required data.
3. Select Save.
