E-PORTAL : Processing Icon never stops when accessing Content Providers pages via Interaction Hub (Doc ID 2217387.1)

Symptoms

Interaction Hub is upgraded to 8.55.xx and content providers are in PT 8.53.xx FSCM and HR.
Processing icon never stops when user wants to access the content providers page via Interaction Hub

ISSUE REPLICATION STEPS 

1. Login as PS/PS on IH
2. Click Navbar > Classic Home
3. Navigate to HCM 92Menu > Self Service > Time Reporting> Report Time > Absence Request
4. Click View Monthly Schedule
5. Click Search and the processing icon spin forever,

Login to HR directly would have no such issue.
