Symptoms

   NEM batch process "EOAW_NEM_PRC" ends in error with the following error message:

   Running Action ESCALATIONS (18081,3045)
   AM: No Repeat Set =0

   EFFDTCHECK: Cannot locate record definition (2,-1) HR_TRANSFER.emailActionOptions.OnExecute Name:collectHeader PCPC:9567 Statement:94
   Called from:EOAW_EMAIL_APPROVAL.emailFormManager.OnExecute Name:sendEmails Statement:67
   Called from:EOAW_CORE.NotificationEventHandler.OnExecute Name:ProcessNotifications Statement:1267

   The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
   1. Submit any transaction with 'Use Email Approvals' option enabled in Main Menu ->Set Up HCM -> Common Definitions ->Approvals ->Transaction Registry page.
   2. Run NEM batch process: EOAW_NEM_PRC
