Enhancement Request To Edit And Submit An Open Requisition Which Has Been Saved On Fluid pages (Doc ID 2217930.1)

Symptoms

On Fluid, There is no way to submit the requisition after saving it. After saving the requisition user came back to the saved requisition through "My Orders" but User was given cancel option but no submit option.

Steps to reproduce the case :

1.Log in to PIA > Navigate to Fluid interface > Requisition > Special Requests > Add special request requisition
2.Checkout
3.Save
4.Réquisition saved in open status
5.Go to My Orders > Click on Expand icon against Req ID
6.Please note there is no option to Submit requisition but cancel requisition
7.Create Special request Requisition using classic page >Add to Cart > Checkout
8.Save for later
9.Navigate to Fluid pages > My orders > Click on Expand icon
10.No option to submit requisition
