Push Back Issue

We have multiple level of approval and we are facing issues in push back. In Country Takes, we have defined few Absence Takes as below -
Allow Request By - Manager
Request As - Manager
Submission Role- Manager
Approval Role - Manager

So restricting the Absence so that only Manager can apply for the leave.
But the issue is when a Manager(M1) Request for an Absence through MSS for an employee(E1) and the next approval manager(M2) "push back's" the request, the request is visible for both Employee(E1) and Level 1 manager(M1) in Absence History page and for both it is in editable mode and both can reapply for the leave which basically is allowed only from MSS.

Leave should not be available for Employee to edit

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Modify Country Approval definition to “AbsMgmtBySupervisorMulti” to have multi level approvals
2. Login as “HAM_K0W006” and apply Vacation leave for “HAM_K0W002”(HAM_K0W006 is first level approver and HAM_K0W001 is second level approver)
3. Login as “HAM_K0W001” and push back the leave request, it routes back to “HAM_K0W006”
4. Login as employee and try to access the leave request from Absence History page, Employee is able to edit the leave which is incorrect, since the leave is setup to be accessible only to the managers.
