E-ES: Elasticsearch Validation is Failing on Windows (Doc ID 2219040.1)

Goal

On : 8.55 version, Elasticsearch On Windows

ElasticSearch Validation from the documentation is failing. 

As per the installation PDF
when I enter the following command in the powershell window
curl --user esadmin:Passw0rd1 -XGET http://servername.peoplesoft.com:9200
I get this error.

Invoke-WebRequest : A positional parameter cannot be found that accepts argument 'esadmin:Passw0rd1'.
At line:1 char:1
+ curl --user esadmin:Passw0rd1 -XGET http://servername.peoplesoft.com:9200
