'onReadyState" Error When Using Accounts Payable WorkCenter Through PIH (Doc ID 2219139.1)

Symptoms

Issue:

When users are logging in to a PeopleSoft Interaction Hub environment (8.55.05) connected to Finance (8.55.05). They navigate to Accounts Payable WorkCenter (either through Navigator or Tile) and click "Regular Entry" in the "Links" pagelet. After filling out the appropriate fields on the "Voucher" page, they click "Add" They get an OnreadyStae javascript error.

'This does not happen when logging in to the Finance system directly

onReadyState" error when using Accounts Payable WorkCenter through PIH

Users navigate to Accounts Payable WorkCenter through Interaction Hub to create Vouchers. After reaching the WorkCenter, they click "Regular Entry" in the "Links" pagelet. After clicking "Add" on the "Vouchers" page, the following error is displayed:

 Function 'onReadyState' Error: testRec is null

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Log in to PIH.
2) Navigate to Accounts Payable WorkCenter (Navigator -> Finance -> Accounts Payable -> Accounts Payable WorkCenter)
3) Click "Regular Entry" in the "Links" pagelet.
4) Click "Add" on the "Voucher" page.
