Symptoms

Payroll GL Interface ran with error -Tax ChartField not found

When customer ran PAYGL01A, they received the below error message related to one employee.  The Chartfield mapping USA for the department PS130b, in the U. S. Tax mapping tab was verified 

Error details:
  Processing Company (Test Company)
  Paygroup (Test Paygroup)
  Pay End Date 11/15/2016
 
Tax ChartField not found for - Company (Test Company) Business Unit (Test BU) Pay End Date 2016-11-15 00:00:00.000 Dept PS130B JobCode 360 Position Nbr EmplID XXXXXX Empl Rcd 0.000000000000000000000000 State WV Locality Tax Class SUT
 
  Processing failed. Please correct error and resubmit the job.
 

Error on line 173:
  (SQR 3301) Program stopped by user request.

SQR for PeopleSoft: Program Aborting.
