Goal

There is a discrepancy between the rows retrieved through the Component Interface tester for CI_PERSONAL_DATA and the web browser application page, PERSONAL_DATA. When the PERSONAL_DATA page is used, future-dated rows are returned, but when the CI tester is used, future-dated rows are not returned.
