Alter Table PS_PV_CONN_CHNG_WS Error When Upgrading From FSCM 9.1 TO FSCM 9.2 (Doc ID 2219939.1)

Symptoms

Upgrade from FSCM 9.1 application to FSCM 9.2. During the CA step Altering Tables, receive the following error:

ALTER TABLE PS_PV_CONN_CHNG_WS ADD BUSINESS_UNIT VARCHAR(5) NULL
Msg 4909, Level 16, State 1, Server GBPSFNDB2, Line 175
Cannot alter 'PS_PV_CONN_CHNG_WS' because it is not a table.

Application Designer shows PS_PV_CONN_CHNG_WS as a table, However, this is a view in the database. This table or view does not exist in the database prior to the upgrade attempt.
