Worklist Error For The Requisition Put On Hold

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When clicked on Worklist Item on Worklist page, an error is displayed that the transaction is on hold, after clicking on OK, the system shows the error page 'An error has occured that has stopped this transaction from continuing" instead after clicking on OK, the system should return to Worklist page
Steps To Reproduce the Issue:-
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Requisition and Submit it for Approval.
2. Then click on the Hold from further Processing flag and save the requisition
3. Login with Approver and then click on the Worklist Item.Receive Error.Click on Ok.
