When the Create Extract process runs, it adds new effective dated rows onto the CAS record to set the status to, for example, Upload Completed. When rows are added by this process, the child records in SAD_PB_CAS_CAF are not copied to the new effective-dated row.

The defect appears to be in Application Package SAD_PB_EXTRACT.Generate_Extract.insert_cas_record() which adds the parent record, and the children records SAD_PB_CASLONG and SAD_PB_CASNOTES, but skips the SAD_PB_CAS_CAF record.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Add a CAF to the CAS maintenance page at Student Admissions > PBI Processing > CAS Maintenance.
2. Add data for a CAS student.
3. Go to Student Admissions > PBI Processing > Create Extract and run the process using Create Upload and Include Applicants, which creates the new effective-dated row.
4. Return to the additional field to view the data.

The issue has the following business impact:

Due to this issue, users cannot use the CAF with CAS.
