ACA Plan Start Month Blank Option for 2016

When entering the run control for Create ACA XML Files, the check box for Blank Plan Start Month displays only for Calendar Year 2015, not 2016.
1. Run the Create ACA XML Files process (Navigation: Benefits > ACA Annual Processing > Transmittal and Files > Create ACA XML Files).
2. Enter 2016 for the Calendar Year.
