E-IB: Emails Processed Through Integration Broker Don't Support Traditional Chinese Characters

On : 8.53 version and later
The customer is sending emails to peoplesoft system using a MultiChannel Framework setup. The email contains both Simplified Chinese characters and Traditional Chinese characters.
But the emails received by peoplesoft database through Integration Gateway shows Simplified Chinese Characters correctly and the Traditional Chinese characters are displayed as box characters and as other symbols.
