When users try to approve approval requests, sometimes they got the following error.
A fatal PeopleCode SQL error occurred. Please consult your system log for details.
Am error occurred while taking action on the purchase order. This error occurrs when another program (typically another user working in a separate session) updates the data object this process wished to change. Retrying the same operation after refreshing the display is likely to work, provided the other used`s changes haven`t precluded it.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try to approve a requisition, voucher or supplier
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, customer is not able to go further with the testing process as this is holding lots of items.
