EGL9.1: Document Sequenced Journal Could Not Be Deleted - SQLERROR IN EXEC(2,280) (Doc ID 2221756.1)

Symptoms

On : 9.1 version, Journal Entry

When attempting to Delete Journal with Document Sequencing Enabled,
the following error occurs.

A fatal PeopleCode SQL error occurred. Please consult your system log for details.
Message
SQL error in Exec. (2,280) FUNCLIB_DOCSEQ.DOC_SEQ.FieldFormula Name:DelDoc1 PCPC:17287 Statement:200
Called from:JRNL_PANELS_WRK.PB_DELETE.SavePostChange Name:pb_delete_sp Statement:12
Called from:JRNL_PANELS_WRK.PB_DELETE.FieldChange Name:pb_delete_fc Statement:86

During the execution of SQL, an error occurred in the Exec subroutine. The preceding message should have described the SQL being executed.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create and Post Journal with Document Sequencing Enabled
2. Change Doc Seq Number
3. Click ok and without saving the page click create /update journal
4. Search and select the same journal id
5. Now try to delete the same journal
6. Error message pops up saying SQL Error:
A fatal PeopleCode SQL error occurred. Please consult your system log for details.
