HCM 9.2 / 8.55.05

ISSUE:

When trying to setup the Updatable PDF W4 tax forms functionality, as instructed in 23126309_Installation.docx delivered for PUM Image 18,
the PDF is generated, but when we check the Federal Withholding Form in Employee Self Service the 'Submit' button is not visible.
