E-IB: Integration Gateway Properties Page Not Generating {V1.2} Passwords (Doc ID 2221816.1)

Symptoms

Run the pscipher -psbuildkey from PSHOME/webserv/domain/piabin ..to generate a new TripleDES key version of the psvault file. Login and from PeopleTools - Integration Broker - Gateways - LOCAL gateway -Gateway Setup Properties..login..from the Node Configuration Page, add new password..then click Advanced Setup Properties to review the integrationgateway.properties JOLT section password output, the password format version continues to read as follows

ig.isc.password={V1.1}  instead of 

ig.isc.password={V1.2}
