ETL job DTTM delete strategy timing issue
Orphaned data in 'J_Stage_PS_STDNT_ENRL_CS9_EPM91' caused by DTTM delete strategy.
J_Stage_PS_STDNT_ENRL_CS9_EPM91 should process a student adding then dropping a class.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1: Student adds, then drops the class as per CS Source.
2: The HASH file now reflects a row of data with DELFLAG = 'DEL'
3: Before 'J_Stage_PS_STDNT_ENRL_CS9_EPM91' is run, the Student adds this class back in as per CS Source.
4: 'J_Stage_PS_STDNT_ENRL_DEL_CS9_EPM91' is running and is adding this re-added class in the table, however, it will not touch the HASH file
5: This re-added class in the PS_STDNT_ENRL table reflects a row of data with DELFLAG = 'DEL'
6: When the job is running and before it calls 'J_Stage_PS_STDNT_ENRL_DEL_CS9_EPM91', this class is dropped again.
7: When J_Stage_PS_STDNT_ENRL_DEL_CS9_EPM91 runs, it will only delete rows with DELFLAG = '#P_CURR_DEL_FLG#' and not DELFLAG = 'DEL'.
8: End result ... mismatch data.
