On : 9.2 version, Administrator-Learner Tasks

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After Approve the Program Registration action through HTML Approval, the transaction status is not getting in Approved status in Application.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
After Approve the Program Registration action through HTML Approval, the transaction status should be in Approved status in Application.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Click the Approve link in Email.(Send the mail)
2. Main Menu>Self Service>Learning>My Learning
