Symptoms

On PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 : eProfile Manager Desktop

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When Logged in with Portuguese as session language, the Approval Details page for a Guided Self Service transaction, such as Promotion, is displayed in English.
Also when Back traversing the pages, the My Team fluid page and Manager Self Service homepage are displayed in English.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
All pages should be displayed in the language that the User signed in as, Portuguese.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On Manager Self Service homepage, select My Team tile
2. Select employee for Promotion
3. Go through transaction steps until the Promotion is submitted
4. Notice the message displayed that the transaction was submitted successfully and the approval chain is displayed in English
5. Navigate back using the Back button in the header and notice the My Team page and Manager Self Service homepage are now displayed in English

Due to this issue, users cannot view some of the pages in their language.
