General Deduction Issue
We have a situation where employees are not having a deduction taken from their pay checks.
- The employee had a general deduction setup back in 2009 with a goal amount. The goal amount has been met and a deduction end date has been entered to stop the deduction.
- In 2016 we passed over the deduction code from Kronos and confirmed that it hits the payline, but when the check is calculated it is not deducted.
