ePerformance - View Status Summary Unique Temporary Table Instance (108,529). (Doc ID 2222983.1)

When attempting to  navigate to " View Status Summary " page, get the following error 

Unable to obtain a unique Temporary Table instance number (108,529).
click on OK and then get the next error 

CallAppEngine: Application EP_RPT_MGR.AppEngine error(2,653) EP_STATUS_SUN_MGR.Active

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

 Manager Self Service> Performance Management> View Status Summary>

 also get error from 

Workforce Development > Performance Management,> Reports> View Status Summary> View Status Summary
