EGL 9.2: Reversal is Not Created For Line BU When Anchor BU is Already Posted (Doc ID 2223157.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

If the anchor BU is Posted separately for InterUnit Reversal Journal, then the Reversal for the line BU will not be created when Post is run separately for the line BU 
Reversals will be created for all business units once all business units are posted together

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Journal Post should create Reversals for all BUs in an interunit journal

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Uncheck Mark Journals to Post User Preference
2. Create Journal Entry for Anchor BU US001 and Line BU US005
- Set Reversal for Beginning of Next Period
3. Go to Mark Journals for Posting and search for the journal
- Two lines returned, one for Line Unit US001 and one for US005
4. Select US001 and Post
- Journal successfully posted and Reversal is created for US001
5. Go back to Mark Journals for Posting and Post Line BU US005
- Journal is posted successfully but Reversal is not created for US005
