Symptoms

When using a HTTP/HTTPS File Repository for storing file attachments, file attachment upload and download calls fail with the below errors:

PeopleCode Trace:

The HTTP response code error and the 500 Internal Server Error are just generic errors.  The true error is the one in the PIA logs stating the above IO Error while write to file... (is a directory).
