Comments Is Not Showing On The HTML Email Approval When Absence Is Pushed Back (Doc ID 2223819.1)

On casual absence the email comment contains the employee when the administrator pushes back the request to the manager. Push back comment from second level approver is not printed on HTML email sent to first level manager.

STEPS:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as employee and apply absence with comments.
2. First level manager approves absence with approval comments.
3. 2nd level approver pushback request with comments.
4. 1st level manager receive email with no pushback comments from 2nd level approver.
